Because, by all accounts, KQ8 is the worst game in the KQ series, to the point that some have opined that it is not a "true" King's Quest game. :shock: I tried playing it, but it wouldn't even start. :o

KQ2 is the only game where things really appear randomly. (I guess the eagle in KQ3 is random...) But when I think of random, I think of KQ2.
