SV can extract as an SCIAGI sound resource or save as MIDI. Granted it is MIDI without the patch applied.

SV's MIDI extract is bugged and extracts it at the wrong tempo (slightly slower or faster I can't remember). The other version of SV is bugged and doesn't always export every MIDI channel.

It would be a nice project for someone more familiar with the file formats, etc. If someone could write a good backend in C# I would happily write a GUI for it. But I don't know anyone with both the knowledge and inclination to do so. It could make a nice plugin for Companion.

That linux_jeff user might know how - his video does it his own way. Which I am not sure if it fixes the patch/pitch or anything else.
