Not a living thing but a thing of nature...

Made out of rock and "kind of" found in the savanna and "kind of" found in a fixed location...
Are you found during the Simbani initiation ritual?

Are you found in the Pool of Peace screen?
Where did you get a screenshot of the entire map? Doesn't it scroll?

NBS ... yes.
And yes, the map scrolls. There are four screens: Tarna and environs; Simbani village and environs; the jungle (and Leopardmen village); the Lost City and environs. But I'm not sure how Tawm did that.

I didn't. Found it online already labelled.Rath Darkblade wrote: ↑Thu Mar 31, 2022 5:13 pm (And yes, it's a screen shot from the game. I'm just impressed you wrote where all the places are).
As I said, I've not played any QFG (other than HQ for my channel recently) in well over 5 to 10 years. Easily.
And I usually only replay QFG1 (usually EGA). So QFGII, III and IV I know less. And QFGV I don't think I ever beat - or if I did, it did not leave any kind of impression on me.

Re: Who/What am I? (The Yes/No) Game.
Hmm. I'd say QfG2 and QfG4 are probably the best in the series, mainly due to how much lore there is there, a great "atmosphere", strong characters and great comic dialogue. The QfG2 setting is very reminiscent of Aladdin/Arabian Nights; QfG4 is obviously influenced by Transylvania and lots Russian folklore (Baba Yaga, Rusalka etc.), with a little H. P. Lovecraft.
QfG3 (Africa) was "thrown in" because the writers needed an adventure to toughen up the hero before QfG4. QfG5 is ... a little problematic (especially combat), but I like it because I like ancient Greece (which Marete, the main island in QfG5, is a parody of).
Anyway ... would anyone like a clue? (I can give a fairly big one - i.e. a screenshot of the Pool of Peace - but it wouldn't give the game away).

NBS seems to be narrowing it down (clue wise).Rath Darkblade wrote: ↑Fri Apr 01, 2022 7:17 am Hmm. As for me, QFG2 will always be tarnished for me because of walking through those stupid hallways in the city. The control on that is ridiculously stupid.
