Sigh. You're not alive, so you can't be a human (all the humans in the police station/court house/etc. are alive).

You're not an inventory item.

You're not part of the scenery.

I didn't know that. :) Your question about that said "Are you seen inside a building that normally contains police inside by some official business (police station, court house etc.)?"

So it could've been the court house. :)

Anyway ... hmm. Are you in the entrance hall?
