So, I originally installed GK3 from my Windows 8.1 machine onto an external drive.
For Christmas I got a Windows 11 machine.
I made a short cut to "Gabriel Knight 3.exe" on the desktop to launch it - but, even with a BluRay CDROM thingie - the error is appearing.
Any ideas if there's something I need to change in a setting somewhere?

........... and figured it out.
The TARGET path didn't have " " marks over the directory/filename.
Put that in there and it works now.
