Crap - I am on the garbage scow. I totally read that wrong. My apologies. I was thinking the VERY first ship Roger awakens from - that was a no. But the garbage scow is a yes.

That's OK! I completely forgot that Roger starts out anywhere BUT the garbage scow. (I don't think you can control Roger before that, can you?)
