In the game, I'm used outdoors. My regular use is very versatile, but hold something comes closest.

We see you being used at:

g) Willy's voodoo shop
h) The cemetery
i) Gabe's grandmother's house

m) The voodoo cult's headquarters (again, I forget what it's called - d'oh!)

(I know all these locations are from GK1, and I'm trying to think of locations from the other games, but it's nearly 11pm here and my head is pounding).

What we know so far…

You are not living, never was living, and cannot drink coffee.
You can hold a cup of coffee pretty steady.
You cannot hold Gabriel’s elbow and he’d slip off and fall to the ground if he rested it on you.
Grace does not get near you but she can easily move you.
You are used outdoors in the game.
Your regular use is versatile but you may hold something.
You are used near a church but is not the one in Schloss Ritter or St. Louis Cathedral.

From this, we can assume you are not anything near Altotting, the church in Rittersburg, or Sauniere’s church.

I can’t think of any other church Grace hasn’t been near.

Oh, Grace will get near the church, but she doesn't get near me. I'm gone by the time she arrives.

Do you hold water?

Nope. In fact, I can't stand water, I'll disintegrate.

Are you made from paper or styrofoam? (or neither?)

By the looks of it, I'm made of paper.

I have no idea... Clue, please?

What do we have so far?

D) Grace can't get to me, just Gabe.

G) I'm probably made of paper

This means:
Gabe uses me near, not in, a church. Conclusions D and E reveal I'm used near the Saunière church. I am inanimate and, though I can't be 100% sure, it looks like I'm made of some kind of paper.

Also, I must be used. If you finished GK3 you must have seen me.
