No (although I could be manufactured. Glass comes from sand, clothes can be made of natural fibers, etc.)

Does Roger Wilco interact with you in any way specifically to proceed (open a door, play the street fighter game, talk to you, etc)?

(So for example a painting on the wall that Roger looks at, would not qualify - but opening a door to get into a room would).
