I thought a Pentium D was better (or at least newer) than a Pentium 4. I guess that doesn't matter in this case.

My computer's processor and video card: P4 3.6GHz (with hyper-threading) and an ATI HD 3870 512MB.

Yeah, looks like you have a better CPU and I believe a better video card. because I don't know if mine is an Ultra, GS, or anything special, since it just says NVIDIA GeForce 6800...
