Have you all seen this Codename: Iceman comic?
Keeping Sierra On-Line Alive

I used to have this issue. I think it was the first issue of Sierra Magazine/Interaction that I got. I remembered the comic and looked it up when I was done playing. Man, I wish I hadn't tossed these out ages ago.OmerMor wrote:Have you all seen this Codename: Iceman comic?
You and me both. Sometime when I left San Diego to move to TN (another thing I wish I could have avoided) - I apparently ditched all of my InterAction magazines, as well as, all of my letters and exchanges with folks at Sierra (I was literally writing them monthly, and usually got replies!), as well as my autographed photos of Al Lowe, Scott Murphy & Mark Crowe, Roberta & Ken Williams, Christy Marx, Lori & Corey Cole, and I think a few others... they were all B&W photos... I believe they were in the envelope with my letters... I can't, for the life of me, think why I would have ever thrown any of that away, considering how hard core I was into Sierra, even when I moved... so I am guessing it was all an accident or I misplaced it in TN...notbobsmith wrote:I used to have this issue. Oh! Did you restore and get full points on the sub to get the full 300?notbobsmith wrote:And 300 out of 300. I swear the submarine parts were harder this time around. I don't know how I made it through the first time.
I started from the beginning. I pretty much had to since the ID card thing goes almost to the beginning. Besides, getting through Tahiti is pretty quick when you know what to do. Getting all 10 points for shadowing the Coontz is extraordinarily tedious. And I'm glad I found that tip for getting the missing 2 points in the undersea cave. Another example of poor design.Tawmis wrote:Oh! Did you restore and get full points on the sub to get the full 300?notbobsmith wrote:And 300 out of 300.
