I vaguely - and I mean, vaguely - remember this. I think it came out near the tail end of my high school years is why.

For I while I thought I had watched this show, but the dates seemed later than I remember. It turned out I was confusing it for "Quacula", which was still in reruns in the early/mid 80s.
So we live in a world where there are two duck-based, animated Dracula parodies. I have no idea what that means.

Actually, this makes way more sense - this is probably what I am remembering. Because the one BBP mentioned seemed to be a British release - which no doubt also showed here. But I remember Heckle & Jeckle clearly, because they always reminded me of MAD's "Spy vs Spy."
