Somehow, things got out of hand. A 3d artist approached me about doing art for my game and somehow that evolved into contracting an engineer to help us, and then another artist to help her, and then a third artist. A couple weeks ago I contracted someone to do a project for Roberta on the design side. And, yesterday I posted an ad looking for another engineer to help with some coding (https://kensgame.com/2021/10/29/engineer-wanted/ )
All of this led to me forming a new company, "Cygnus Entertainment" to publish the game.
I do like working on a game, and Roberta is having fun with the design. But .. it's a LOT of work. My "cute little game" has evolved into a monster that seems to have swallowed my life.
Oh well .. I just hope people will like the game and this will have all been worthwhile.

Yup. "Projects" often start out small (and "cute"), but if you're not careful, they become huge and terrifying.
I once wrote a short scene (about 1,000 words) which I then used to create a story around. It was about 2,500 words or so. Then I started to take it seriously, and wrote some context around it (and a proper plan, and everything) ...
... Guess what? It ended up about 90,000 words (or about 250 pages). A proper novel! But while I was writing it, there was one or two times when I thought "I'll never finish this."
