HELP: How Else Leave Parents?
It's the brand-new Government Initiative(TM) to help your kids leave home and set out on their own!
Because, of course, your kids would
never leave your house unless The Government(TM) helped them ... er ... yeah, right.
PARENTS.

Hmm --- I understand 3 of those ("Fonz", "Keep on Truckin" and "I'm with Stupid"), but "I'm a Pepper"? Sorry, I don't get it.
RETRO = Really Entertaining, Time-Reversal, On-target.

It's from a
Dr. Pepper ad campaign.
As an aside, the "Wouldn't you like to be a Pepper, too?" vaguely sounds like you are being asked to join a cult. My favorite use of this is from the "Transformers" episode "The Return of Optimus Prime". Everyone is being infected with a highly contagious "Rage Plague" and Wreck-Gar (who speaks only in quotes from TV) uses the line as he
infects someone. The line is very menacing when used in the wrong context. I loved it when I first saw it.

Yikes.
That Dr Pepper thing is very catchy ... but very strange. I thought the policeman would arrest the guy for overacting.
Anyway ...
