I'm sorry; the "charts" game was just too hard for me.
(Larry Laffer is probably giggling about that, too).

My Demoncrawl broke and I'm worried that I lose 2 years worth of unlockables.

What is it? Is it a cloud based game (like on Steam or anything)? If so, it should all be saved there.

Guess what? I fluked last night and fixed it. Apparently there's a setting that causes the game's not wanting to start up anymore. Already spent some time playing!

Yay! Enjoy Demoncrawl, BBP.
But it's very strange that there's a setting that causes the game not to start. How weird.
As for me, I just started playing Age of Empires IV. It's fun, but there are lots of "documentary type" videos too about battles, how to make mail (of the chain variety), etc. (I knew that making a suit of mail took a lot of links, but I never realised it was as many as 200,000 individual links. Wow.)
Update: after playing the most recent version, I'd save your money (at least for now) and go with the 2D Classic.
3D has two other ways of playing the classic board game, but the AI is too poor to make playing with the computer enjoyable.
So get Classic.

I've been under the weather recently, so my boyfriend bought me two games with cats. I ended up buying everything from the same publisher, Devcats. Titles like CatDoku (exactly what it says on the tin), Cats Love Boxes (like an entry level SokoBan), and tons of hidden object games like Building Full Of Cats and Castle Full Of Cats, where I get to look for cute kitties.

I assume you're also a cat person based off this?
(Feel better!)

Animal person in general why choose a favourite? But yes I have much love for cats, squirrels, tigers, seals, elephants, ducks and tons of other critters great and small.
My "great pain" (teehee) is that for years I've longed to be a cat owner, but never could, so I always said to myself: "when I get a boyfriend I'm going to get a cat" - and now I got a boyfriend who dislikes cats.
Finished all of Devcat's games, most have no more than a few hours play in them. But your purchase supports cat-related charity and it's really cute.

OK! Just a couple of questions:
1. Do I need a microphone? (I don't think I have one).
2. If I don't, how can we communicate?
I am working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (local time). I'm not sure where you are, but my time is 8 hours ahead of Amsterdam time. (For instance, it's now 10pm here, but 2pm in Amsterdam).
I can usually play in the evenings, my time. Let me know (by PM, maybe?) and we can take it forward from there.

Nope, I regularly play in either my evenings or my mornings with a nice chap in Tennessee. We basically use the Steam chat, I mostly host the games. You can click on "Play with friends" and then Join an online game, you fill in the code I give you, and we play
