SCHWARTEZTUCHES - Should be "Schwartze" which is German for "black". I had to look up "Tuches" which is Yiddish for "butt" which was somewhat adopted into American English.

Interesting. I knew that "Schwartze" is German for "black", but isn't "schwartzes" or "schwartez" also "black"? Or is that the plural?

Yes, "tuches" is Yiddish for "butt". Quite a lot of Yiddish words were - more or less seamlessly - adopted into American English. :) Some of the most famous include "bagel", "schmuck", "putz" (both of which are used by Al Lowe to describe Larry!), and many more. :)

"schwartz" is the German adjective for "black". German adjectives take different endings depending on the gender of the noun (masculine, feminine or neuter) or if it is plural and the case (nominative, accusative, dative or genitive). So it would be "schwartze" for feminine or plural / nominative or accusative and "schwartzes" for neuter / nominative or accusative.

One thing I had forgotten: "Schwartze" is also a derogatory term for a black person.

This story is intended to be a sequel to the Destiny Boy story from another game.

QUEST FOR GLORY: DESTINY BOY RIDES AGAIN!

The peasant boy returned home from his adventure with the demons and the magic portal. As he entered town, he notice some sort of commotion. WOLFGANG SCHWARTEZTUCHES III, JR, the town SHERIFF approached the peasant boy. “You must help us! You are the Destined One, right?” he asked GRANDILOQUENTLY. “A WAMPA has JUMPED our ROCK!”

“Well,” the peasant boy replied LOUDLY. “I guess I can help.”

The peasant boy followed the trail of the monster to a nearby TRAGIC cave. He could hear the monster ROCK inside. MAGNIFICENTLY, he approached the monster. But the monster heard him approach and WALTZED the peasant boy. But the monster tripped on a rock, and fell in a chasm to its death.

“Well, that was BLUE,” the peasant boy said.
As he left, he notice some PURPLE markings on the cave wall. It said: “Nice job, Destiny Boy. I knew you had it in you. –The Sword of Truth.”

BY THE DEEPEST SNOWS OF FROSTMANE!” he said. “Not again. And how does a sword even write something?”

The peasant boy walked SOFTLY back to town.

I love that you tied it to another forum game. That's epic. Even if some of the words didn't work out.

Coming up for another one now...
