I think I only played through SQ6 once (it's not a good game), so this is tricky for me.
Are you looking at the eye of that scientist character after being shrunk?

Haha it's my favorite SQ, so that's probably why I got so specific. You're close enough, though. It's when you're looking down the syringe before getting injected into Stellar after you've been shrunk.

Ok, without actually having a screenshot readily available, is it from SQ4? When the women capture you & strap you down to the chair and torture you with the hair removal device?

That's close enough. It's the door -on- the bridge, but I think they're all identical.
