I'm reading now about deaths in Shakespeare (i.e. how he killed his characters), how those deaths would work (medically speaking -- e.g. what Cleopatra's death by snake would look like, is it possible to die of grief? etc.), and how they would be staged. Very interesting.
It's called "Death By Shakespeare"; I recommend it.
As for fire ... gee. Lots to choose from ...
