Nope, the pixels are square. AGI game pixels are rectangle. It's King's Quest IV. Looks like the open doorway to the Ogre and Ogress' house.

Ok, I'll do one up in a minute here.
Hey, that picture is from the Version 1.000.111 release of KQ4 isn't it? It has alternate picture resources from the version included in all the collections. Here's the alternate of that screen.

Man, I am lame at this game... I clearly need to brush up on my Sierra games.
