Hmm. Both the trolls and Ooga Booga used that blue color scheme, making it harder to identify.

Perhaps... however, the World of the Underground Volcano has very few doors. There is one in the kitchen, one in Rosella's room and the volcano door.

Probably Ooga Booga, then. Unfortunately, I haven't played KQ7 frequently or recently enough to narrow it down more.
