Oh, wait! *thinks* I haven't played this game for years, but I know it - this is near the end of LSL3. Specifically, Larry and Patti have just fallen into the backlot of Sierra On-Line, are wandering around, and chance across the actress playing Rosella in KQ4, as she tries (and fails) to climb on the whale tongue, and complains about how slimy and unpleasant it is.
Have I been specific enough yet?

And, I just realised when I looked at it... it's the famous Sierra moose! It pops up in just about every Sierra game.
