No wonder I couldn't guess it. I never played SQ any further than finishing SQ1, 2 and 3. (Yes, I'm a dinosaur).

I'm not sure about this one... is it from SQ1?

The color palette and lack of double-width pixels is enough to uniquely identify the game.
