If any of you have any new ones -- POST THEM!

You have the true collector's way of sensing when a great bargain peeps up with its head just showing above the grass - and snagging it.

New ones:

What I had before was the Sierra Originals version without the box or any of the goodies.

One that I was missing all together:

One that I have wanted for a while:

The sequel to the Impressions RPG I got earlier:

I already had it, but a couple of the disks were corrupt. I could find no one that had the floppy version that was willing to help without making me grovel. It's not too pretty, but the disks were good:

Then there is this little gem that I got for 71 cents:

Yet more:

Though I am not much of an action fan, these are part of the Sierra family legacy

Now I have all of the Thexders

I've had the CD for some time that came in a cheap box. Here is the floppy version.

Here is a gem:

I just won LSL1, so I am closing in on having all of the AGI games. I still need Mixed-up Mother Goose AGI to have all of the AGI games, unless there is any AGI games that I am unaware of (fan games don't count, here). I will still need SQ 1 and 2, KQ1, PQ1 standalone versions.

I had the CDs without the box or manual before, but now I have all of the KQ collections:

I have some more that I am waiting on to arrive.

Very nice. Where are you getting most of these from? I believe I need PQ1 or 2 EGA (I have the CDs, but I mean originals) and I need SQ1 EGA. And I think that'd do it for the classic EGA "Quest" games for me.

They are coming from a number of different places, eBay, Half, Amazon and even thrift stores, etc. I am starting to get extras of some things. I might have to start selling off the extras, though those will be less than collectable, missing boxes/manuals, less than perfect condition or budget re-releases. My priorities are to have at least some version of every Sierra family game and then work on getting better copies as I can find them. I do place a much higher priority on the adventures, but want them all. One that I really want badly that seems to be extremely rare is the Coktel Visions adventure Bargon Attack. I have also heard of a CD version of Ween, but have seen no proof of its existence. If it does exist, I want it.

Well if you acquire extras of Space Quest 1 EGA (Box is all I need, have everything else) and Police Quest 1 or 2 EGA (I need to check) Box, I'd be happy to purchase'em from you.

Let's see what's all been added over the past month:

First the Sierra Originals rereleases. These are actually the games i first started buying, halfway the 90ies. As a student in those days, i couldn't afford many games, purchasing one every 2 months or so. Lately i've been searching a bit more actively for them and the series is now as good as complete. The ones i found last month are Caesar III, Torin's Passage, Gabriel Knight III, Gabriel Knight I, and Gabriel Knight I (purple-black cover)

When a game comes with a different cover, i also buy those. Therefore i often purchase both US and UK editions of the same games. For the past month, these were included:

Zeus (UK edition):
Image

King's Quest VII (alternate cover)
Image

A bunch of Half-Lifes (UK editions)
Image

...and a strange box of 3D Ultra Cool Pool
Image

The regular US boxes from last month were:

Gabriel Knight 3 (US box):
Image

...and 3-D Ultra Radio Control Racers (US box):
Image

The classics from last month were:

Gold Rush!
Image

...and King's Quest 2 (1985 grey box)
Image

And finally... last month's collection GEMS :D

Threshold (On-Line Systems release, 1981)
Image

...and Wizard and the Princess (On-Line Systems release, 1980)

Stay tuned for more updates [/img]

Nice. I found that Wizard & the Princess, but did not bid on it. I have several that I am waiting to arrive. Here are the ones that have arrived:

First I got a lot of 4 games that I won for $3.29, which included:
A rather obsure Sierra game.
Image

Sealed!
Image

I already had the floppy version, now I have the CD.
Image

And the main reason that I got the lot.
Image

I had the CD, but found this floppy version. Sadly, it has the same extras as the CD:
Image

One that I found at a thrift store yesterday.
Image

I just missed The Mean Streets that I was watching because I have been without my internet since yesterday. It went for only $6.15. My neighbor moved and when the cable company came out to shut his service off, they turned mine off, instead. It took them 24 hours to correct it. Thank you, Time Warner.

It's an early Dynamix game. Quest Studios has some music from it here. It came with a poster of the cover art.

Collector, how much did that copy of The Beast Within run you with the box and manuals?
