Ohh yes! Just
thinking about Don Adams talking into his shoe makes me laugh. Have you seen the movie? I thought it was done pretty well but it doesn't have anything on the original TV series.

Even though I think they could have done some things better over the last two seasons, I still enjoyed the show. I thought they were getting better in this last season at least. That's too bad.

Awwww...well, at least they're considering a movie to wrap everything up. That would be awesome. Still, a sad time...

I'm currently re-watching
Battlestar Galactica (I'm at Season 3, Episode 1) and it's a masterpiece. Defnitely the best television show of the last decade

I wouldn't go as far as that. I would rate "Dead Like Me" higher. I will say that BSG is just about the last real science fiction show that has been on. I'm
so feed up with all of the creature feature garbage and the action oriented crap that gets passed off as SF these days. This is becoming a pet peeve of mine. I want something with substance and thought behind it. Something that explores, whether new worlds or as in the case of BSG, concepts.

Maia and I just watched the series finale of
LOST and... well, we're a little confused. The ending didn't make a whole lot of sense, but maybe they wanted to leave the series open-ended.
I think they put so many plot twists and overall BS over the last six seasons that the writers had no idea how to wrap everything up. I'm sure they thought: "We've left them confused so far, so let's end it that way too!"

I wouldn't say I'm entirely confused, just a little uncertain, due to the open-endedness. I have my own interpretation of the events, but I don't think I could really articulate it. I'm not sure it's what they intended, but that's what they get for leaving it vague. Maybe that was the point.
Frankly, I think most people will just be happy that it ended on a positive note with everyone together, in a manner of speaking. Whether it's confusing or not, at least it doesn't leave you feeling sad and disappointed.

I would've been happy if everyone on the island were turned into Flaming Chickens of Doomâ„¢

I'd have been pretty happy if they got off the fershlugginer island and left the rest of us the hell alone. ;P The Weird Al song "Isle Thing" says it best:
I like the professor,
he always saved their butts.
He could build a nuclear reactor
from a coupl'a coconuts.
She said "That guy's a genius!"
I shook my head and laughed,
I said "If he's so fly
then tell me why
he couldn't build a lousy raft!"

I agree, and that's why I don't like
Sanctuary very much
I never seen Dead Like Me, but if you rate it higher that
Battlestar Galactica is should be great. I'll try and see if I can get a copy from Play.com or Amazon.
Since I mentioned it in my last post, I now ask you:
what are the three best show of this decade (2000-2010)? I'd say...
1. Battlestar Galactica
2. Six Feet Under
3. True Blood

Did they have to start this decade, or could they have started in the 90's and carried through?

Let's say that the series finale
must be in this decade.
