After confirming my facts, I found out the game in question is a Jeff Tunnell Productions game, not a Dynamix game. My bad...

...With that in mind, though, here's the hint: this game is the first in a short-lived edutainment series.

Hmmm. That doesn't look familiar at all. I'm pretty sure that the game's newer than the VGA games, though.
