And also on Steam! (...and slightly cheaper, too!)

Wizardry 6&7 are on sale on GoG: https://www.gog.com/game/wizardry_6_7?u ... tm_term=EN

As is Wizardry 8: https://www.gog.com/game/wizardry_8?utm ... tm_term=EN

Now if they'd only get the rights to Wizardry I-V...

Kyrandia, Book 2 - for 89 cents! (I really like this one!) :D

And... a Gobliiins 3-Pack for $1.99!

I also grabbed the newer Kathy Rain for $2.99 as well.

Hand is by far my favorite of the three.

All three Kyrandia games are on sale! Though only Book II is 89 cents.

And the Kathy rain is like GK meets Laura Bow, by the looks of it?

I've played Kathy Rain. I'd say it's strongly influenced by GK, but it takes a different turn towards the end.

Ugh you guys and your dollar. Our Trudeau'd dollar makes things that are $0.89 USD actually $1.19 CAD.

Is it a good game? I am so backed up on games - but at that price, if it's good - I will pick it up, and one day, try to get to it.

I'm really hesitant to recommend anything, since tastes can differ and I don't want to be responsible for someone trying something end up disliking or for seeming to endorse every individual aspect of something that I merely liked overall. It's also now also been over a year since I played it, and it's pretty short. With all those caveats out of the way, I did enjoy the game.

Well, they had a sale on SimCity games, which I was itching to play, so I threw it in there anyway! Was like $2.99 or something! It's certainly no loss if it's a bad game! I spent $8.00 just to get lunch today! :D

Same for me when I picked up the other two. The game made a bit of noise at the AGS Awards, and $3 is pretty much my instant "add to cart" price, so I thought it might be worth checking out.

Think that's bad? Our stupid Aussie goober-mint changes leader every 2-3 years now, so our dollar suffers as a result. $0.89 USD becomes $1.24 AUD.

That's not a lot, but when I purchased Hero-U, $35 USD became almost $50 AUD. To get $100 USD, I have to shell out $124 Aussie ones.

Dratted Aussie goober-mints! Grumble, moan, complain. :P

Yes, the AUD can be pretty bad. I recall worse in the past numbers for sure. I think recently it's been pretty equal with Canada, though, hasn't it?

I am stoked. So SimCity 4 (which is pretty tough) is going on hold because... WIZARDS AND WARRIORS is now on GoG!
It's by the same guy who made Wizardry, and pretty much plays like Wizardry 7! I've never gotten to finish this game - I lost the disk/CD during one of my moves!

If Wizardry is your jam - it's only $5.99 on GOG! (I am sure it will eventually go on sale somewhere down the line, but I've been itching to get back into this!)
