Can we just name this thread, "What did Rudy get this week?"

To be fair, also Collector has often some nice acquisitions.

That said - the picture Rudy posted says he acquired it recently - but did the seller take the picture back in 2004 (as I doubt Rudy took the picture if he just got it?)

I noticed the date but i've been dealing with this particular seller many times and she always delivered quality stuff, so i'm sure it'll be as pictured. Also picked this one up.

I'm sorry about the late reply, BBP. It is a very kind offer but, as you know,i always go for complete boxed games. Since i will have to buy it again anyway, i'm sure somebody else on this board would have more use for it.
On another note, i just received Sierra News Magazine Volume 2, No.2, Autumn 1989, with Roberta Williams on the cover. Christy Marx sent it over to me

Ok, my hands are actually shaking at the moment and I'm in total disbelief, but yes, i've got it.

Nice condition too! So did you wear white cotton gloves while exploring the contents? ^_^

Just won it this morning, Jules. It still has to get here. Once it does, i will of course treat it with the utmost care
. The price was $150 with buy-it-now. Lucky me to spot it so soon
.

I am surprized the seller sold the game for only $150.00. I noticed he also sold a copy of the black folder Cranston Manor and also a Hi-Res Cribbage game. Cribbage was sold for a buy it now of $99. I used to buy frequently from a Sierra collector and he wanted $400 for his copy and got it.
I just wonder why the seller is selling them at these prices. I've known about him for years and I'm sure he knows what they're worth . He used to go by the seller ID oxbowsnake and he was the one who bought Ultima Escape from Mount Drash in a Vic-20 lot about 4-5 years ago. He only paid $99 for the entire lot.
Keep an eye on this guy because I know he will list more.
