Ah ... no wonder I didn't know that. I never got that far in the original KQ3.
Anyway, I have one now. My clues are:
Red was I; that was before.
I'm no longer drenched in gore
As in the bygone days of yore.

Sorry for the delay. *blush* I spent most of yesterday (Sunday here) and much of today doing editing for my first book (hooray!
) and editing the plan for my current book (boo!
) ... so I lost track of time. (Speaking of time - I stayed up until 2 am or so last night, editing my first book, and it was
still not finished ... so I finished it this morning.
It is an epic fantasy, in the tradition of Tolkien and D&D (but blended with history), so of course it is very long. But very fun!)
Anyway, sorry for the lame plug. *blush*

Are you in a game where the main character(s) are female that you control?
If both are yes, it should be KQ4... if NBS is yes, and mine is no, that would make it KQ6....
If NBS is no and mine is yes, that should make it KQ7....
If NBS is no, and mine is no, that should make it KQ1, KQ3 or KQ5.
If I am doing this right in my head.

Well, KQ8 is evenly numbered, so it couldn't be.
That leaves 1,3 and 5.
Are you in a game with Graham as the player character?
