Which version? Both versions of QfG1 are SCI. The distinction is EGA vs VGA. The EGA is SCI0.1 and the VGA is SCI1.1.

Hrr. But this screenshot is definitely EGA or, at best, lower-quality VGA - which means it must be either QfG1, 2 or (at the outside) 3. If it's none of those, then I give up.

It's definitely VGA, not EGA. And you're forgetting about QfG4 (by which I mean that that's also a VGA game).

Since I already confirmed it's not from QfG1, the only options left are Qfg3 and Qfg4. Sort of.
