I know you're playing Manhunter 1... but your clue reminds me too much of a specific scene in Manhunter 2...
With the end of the line (tram looks like it's at the end), no train comes to this station (because they're not running anymore), who are these people (all the corpses piled inside)...
Are you found on this screen (in case you don't know what I mean, and/or Rath, who I know hasn't played - if I am right - can use the screenshot to help for clues...)

I thought you were trying to be tricky. Because you were playing Manhunter 1, but the screenshot I thought of, would be Manhunter 2.
OK - so - if that's the case - even though we've not gone with the standard question - I am gonna go rogue.
Are you in Heart of China? (Another game with a train... there's a few games with trains... so figured I'd try to knock them out before going down the standard questions)

Are you found in the starting area of GK3 (walking distance - so anywhere in that area, where Gabe does not require the moped to go to)?
