Urban Runner - German version.

Here was an interesting find I made a few days ago.
At a local "recycling shop" (some of these exist around Denmark - where stuff that is thrown out at junkyards is collected and sold in their 'junk-yard stores')
I had originally dismissed this title as it wasn't a pure "Sierra Quest" adventure, but decided to buy it anyway.
The good thing was that because the CD was missing, they gave it to me for free :)

Some interesting info:
-Its in German only.
-There was a photocopy of a "complete solution" in the box from some magazine.
-There is a letter from some woman to her son/husband/nephew in the box
(the paper on the lower right of the picture)

Anyway, thought I'd share this interesting find..........

Wow! That's an interesting find indeed... especially the letter portion... it would seem that box has some history.

Yes, I agree, the letter makes it more "special". I'll keep the letter inside the box.The letter is dated from 1996.

Acquired this at another local "private people selling old junk" stalls some time ago.

They had 2-3 more boxes of this collection. I wish I had bought all 3, especially since the price was only 1,77 USD per piece.

The box is "good", a bit of scruff on corners as can be expected.
The inside contents all perfect condition, no tears, no dog ears in manuals, no scruffs, nothing.
CD's look like they haven't even been used.

I should go to more places like these, theres always old Sierra stuff laying around.

Yes, 1 dollar 77 cents or thereabouts. (I used google exchange converter from my local currency)

Nice snag! I bet you could sell those other two copies for WAY much more than what you bought them for, especially if they're under two measly little dollars.

Ah, Gold Rush!

Really one of my favorite adventures of all time. It's simply amazing.
Talk to coffee? Even Gabriel isn't that addicted!
