A lot of things in there and I can't quite figure out the clues.
Are you above the shelf?
My location is unclear.
(That should give it away)

Are you the dollar bill?
I may not be much, but I can drastically change your life ................................................................. a dollar isn't much, but it changes Larry's life
Most take a chance, but some can't see clearly............................................................................... yes, the dollar's location is unclear
I guess it's fine, because as it turns out they never were your redacted ................................................. I don't get this clue. The dollar isn't Larry's, true, but a dollar is singular, not plural.

I am!
The second clue (take a chance/can't see clearly) - is the lottery reference. The girl who asks for the numbers, mentions she can't see well (she forgot her glasses) - so most take a chance at lotto, Larry just had to lie
And the last clue, about "I guess it's fine, because it turns out they were never your [redacted] - ... the clue rhymes with life. The redacted word is wife. So it's fine you took the dollar.

Cool. Let me think about this for a moment ...
Let's play soundalikes!
If you hear me say, "Just sit right back and you'll hear a
tale..."
This will turn out bad, you just
know it.
Guess away!

Are you seen inside the mansion (in case it's not Dagger and it's Bequest - and see if it's in the house)
