Space Quest: First Contract: Roger Wilco discovers the original contract guaranteeing him a total of 12 games or a large lump sum payment. Sierra sends a terminoid after Roger to make sure additional sequels don't get made and they don't have to pay him out. Contains all the fun and excitement of... contract arbitration!

Leisure Suit Larry in the Temple of Grooms. Larry has decided that he's not had much luck with women and joins a temple where men are groomed to be... well, grooms. Larry must compete against other men to prove he's fit to be groomed... uh, as a groom. And prove, in the end, that he's perfect for Lady Lucius, the prize bride!

Police Quest - Maiden of the Last Narc. This time, you play Marie, as she is forced to go back "undercover" to find out who is targeting her, Sonny, and their son, Sunny (who has blond hair - even though both Marie and Sonny have dark hair... let's worry about that later).

Leisure Suit Larry and the Last Facade. Larry's tired of trying to be someone else, and decides to walk into the world back as himself. Help Larry encourage women to do away with plastic surgery, make up, and just embrace their natural beauty! And ... in the process... will Larry find someone of great, natural beauty to love him?

King's Quest - Kingdom of the Blissful Lull. All is peaceful in Daventry. Switch between all of the family members and walk around Daventry to talk to the citizens. No one needs anything. Life's perfect.

As long as we're doing film parodies ...

Back to the Frontier. Leisure Suit Larry travels back in time to Coarsegold, where Freddy Pharkas lives. Can he avoid running into his own great-great-and-a-few-more-greats-grandson (who frequents the saloon)? But the saloon is where all the drinks are! :P Is Larry destined to stay thirsty (and worse still - SOBER) for the rest of the game? Or can he concoct some alcoholic drinks out of unlikely ingredients? ;)

Police Quest - A New Dope. Some new drugs have hit the streets, and the daughter of Sonny and Marie, discovers her boyfriend may be dealing. Control Janet Bonds and endure High School drama and angst all over again!

Quest for Glory - The Empire Likes Black. Our hero has come to a new town - where the mandate is to wear black! But how will our hero know who the villain is? Villains always wear black! Slaughter all you see until you finally come face to face with the actual villain!

Manhunter: San Diego - Return of the Dread Eye! The Orbs are back! And they've taken over Sea World! Make your way to Sea World - but first, earn money to buy a year pass - before you can uncover what the Orbs are up to!

Nice! :) Let me see ... *thinks*

Police Quest V: Bar Wars. Just another Friday night at Wino Willy's.

Quest for Glory VI: The Phantom Dennis the Menace. The town of Silmaria is under attack by a black-clad short person with a slingshot. Perhaps it's a halfling? His baffling battle-cry of "MR WILSON!" suggests otherwise.

Space Quest VI: Attack of the Clone Salesmen. Sludge Vohaul's grandson is on the loose, and he has access to his granddad's technology from Space Quest 2! That's right, it's a remake of SQ2, only with better graphics, different puzzles, and deadlier technology! (Warning: This is now a first-person shooter. Expect Roger to die. Save often).

King's Quest IX: Revenge of the Myth. All the mythological creatures in the King's Quest games join to protest against their unequal treatment by Graham's family. (In fact, some even come from other lands). Together, they form Daventry Association for Mythological Peoples, Satyrs, Qilins, the Undead, Imps, and Brownies (or DAMP SQUIB for short).

Unfortunately, no-one pays them any attention.

Can you, as the roving reporter for the Daventry Daily, find out what they want?

Space Quest: The Last Janitor: In the distant future, there are no more janitors. Floors go unwaxed. Toilets go unscrubbed. Can Roger Wilco restore the profession to the galaxy?

Aha! :D I got a few:

Ind-banana Bones and the Temple of Boom. Punny Bones's adventurous half-brother, who wields a magical banana like a whip, raids the Temple of Boom (where all QfG gnomes are kidnapped and held prisoner! Unless they agree to forswear puns, they are subjected to the "Boom" spell, which summons a floating skull that goes "boom" and damages you if you get too close!)

Do you, the brave and bold Ind-banana Bones, dare to enter the Temple of Boom? And can you defeat its dreaded master? ;)

Ind-banana Bones and the Fast Crusade. Tragedy! Ind-banana's father has been kidnapped by the humans of Mordavia, and will be executed -- all because he's a gnome who tells puns! :P

However, Ind-banana Bones straps on a pair of roller skates to outrun the humans! :P Can you find Ind-banana's father, and overcome the humans together through the power of punnage? ;)

(The headline in the papers the next day will read: "PUN POWER! Pro punsters pwn and punish protesters!") ;)

Space Quest: Chapter -3 -- The Fandom Menace: Learn the origins of Sludge Vohaul. Before becoming Roger's arch-nemesis, he was a dull and uninteresting child growing up on a [landscape type] planet who for some reason becomes enamored with a young woman. He is taken away from his mother (and no one bothers to try to come back and help her later). Hopefully this childhood trauma will in no way adversely affect him in the future.

Er, I understand why "3.14" (obviously), but why "The 13th"? *shrug* That's more like a horror movie ("Friday the 13th" and all that). ;)

Borrowing from the plot of a fanfic that I started but never finished ... ;)

Quest for Necromancy. Before "Quest for Glory" starts, the young Ad Avis is studying at the School for Dark Wizards, Necromancers, and Associated Talkers-to-Spirits (motto: "Got yer own shovel so you can dig up a corpse, have yer?") :P

However, he is expelled from the school because he occasionally kills his fellow students. That in itself isn't such a bad thing (the school encourages healthy competition -- too many necromancers is Bad for Business because it draws people's attention) -- but he also laughs maniacally about it! Horrors! :P

So he's kicked out, and on the way to Spielburg. But then -- oh no! -- the avalanche starts that cuts Spielburg off the rest of the world. And Ad Avis is coming down the mountain. (Oops). :P

The good news? He can dig himself out of the snow. The bad news? His dagger is missing, and his black Necromancer's Robe (complete with skulls) is shattered and ripped! :( He only has enough material to sew himself a loincloth. Plus, stuck into the snow is the biggest sword he'd ever seen. So when wannabe-necromancer Ad Avis walks into Spielburg, everyone thinks he is a wannabe barbarian. :P

So, what's his quest? Two things:

1. To get everyone to stop laughing at him; and
2. To somehow learn enough about Dark Magic(TM) -- maybe from Baba Yaga and/or the Kobold? -- that he can go back to the school and pass his exams. ;)

What do you think about that? Would you play it? :)

It's because I forgot the word "Day" after 3.14.

Should have been:

Doctor Brain: 3.14 Day The 13th!

Which indeed, would have been a reference to "Friday" the 13th.

Quest for Glory: The Lion B!tch and the War Robe. One of Rakeesh's female pride members has stolen a robe of great power - and in order to restore peace you must reclaim it or war will spread across the land.

Quest for Glory: Prince Can't Spin. You are a dance instructor who must teach the prince of the land - who literally has TWO left feet - to learn how to dance.

Quest for Glory: Boy's Age, Go On And Get Her. You are the young prince who had two left feet and finally learned to dance. Now you're old enough to go on and adventure to find true love.

Er ... *shrug* are the "Prince Can't Spin" or "Boy's Age, Go On And Get Her" references to something? If so, I don't get it. =\

Quest for Sobriety. The hero arrives in Spielburg, but he is a recovering alcoholic. Can you help him ditch the demon's rum/mother's ruin/whatever euphemism you want to call it? ;)

(And yes, that was my QfG fan-fiction in a nutshell) ;)

Shocking, if you got the first reference?

The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe.
Prince Caspin
Voyage of the Dawn Treader

Perhaps you've heard of The Chronicles of Narnia?
