I don't have Prince of Persia to try, but I tried Legend of Kyrandia CD and it worked with ykhwong's and the Munt driver and with my real MT-32 in regular DOSBox. The only thing I did was to select MT-32 in the game's setup. Can't say about the floppy version.

Just found out that PoP does't like ykhwong's default dosbox.conf file and ps1audio needs to be set to off for PoP to reach the MT32.
