Me too - because he said it's not in Lost Wages - and confirmed it's also not in the credits.
So the death scene is technically in Lost Wages - but not really?
And the suicide scene (my latest guess) - it's not clear where that takes place (although I do think it says "As the sun rises in Lost Wages..." so even that's in Lost Wages).
