I was going to say SQ2 where he has the gem in his mouth, but I don't think they ever got that fancy with graphics (with a death scene; I think he just dies in there).

Not yet... Knowing it's SQ3 will let my brain process where it might be from and mentally play the game, from what I remember...
There is a green gem you give to Fuzzleplat or whatever that blue alien "salesman" was called
But I don't think it's that gem?
