Well I just ordered off of Amazon the The Beast Within official strategy guide for $3. I don't exactly want it for the strategy, but it includes some interviews, some behind-the-scenes stuff, and, I think, another re-telling of the story. Anyway, do yall think this was a good purchase or not? Just curious.

If it's the one I have - definite good purchase. Anything from Sierra's good days for 3 bucks is a good deal.

Well they had one for a penny, but it didn't sound like it would be very good quality, and the one for 3 (still a great deal in my eyes) was described as in very good condition, so I went for it.

I was pretty sure that I would like it even if it was bad, mainly for the nostalgia and joy at simply having the guide to The Beast Within. Always has been my favorite Sierra game...

Well I got it in the mail today and it's really interesting. I've read all the interviews, and they're very interesting. I especially enjoyed the ones with Jane Jensen and Joanne T. (not even going to attempt spelling her last name ).
