GK1: Mosely (Hands down!)
GK2: Grace (because we get to play her and see her really develop!)
GK3: Mosely again (just for the chemistry he and Gabe share)

I wouldn't consider Grace a
supporting character in GK2. I've always considered her a lead character in that one.

Only reason I consider her supporting is because she doesn't even come in till later (as being able to be controlled).

Hmm...true.
But that's just my thought.
Doesn't make it right or wrong - just how I view her as a supporting character.

GK1: Dr. John
GK2: Gerde
GK3: Lady Howard
And by no mean Grace can be considered a "supporting" character, even in GK1 not! (Yes, my favourite GK series character is Grace...)

Let me start by agreeing that Grace shouldn't be considered a supporting character - definitely in GK2, and as a moot point in GK1 and GK3. She is a given as a terrific character.
In GK1, then, we have some extremely absorbing and interesting characters. Some are quirkier than others; some have a very powerful emotional impact; some are long-lasting and possibly vengeful. It's very hard for me to choose just one favourite supporting character out of this array... but I must finally choose Tetelo, because I feel her influence throughout the game in so many ways. Her sense of betrayal outlasts even death. She ruthlessly uses her descendants, and it's the knowledge of Tetelo and the fear of her that drives one of my other favourite characters, Malia Gedde, to let go in those final moments, plummeting to an end that in a moment of white-hot clarity she believes is the only freedom she will ever find.
In GK2, again we have so many wonderful characters. Gerde is amazingly supportive - a beautiful person - but it's von Glower who shines most ineluctably through the story, I believe. He represents a curious element of danger, death, attraction, the unknown and forbidden, the unwanted and yet alluring. He is age-old savagery in the cloak of suave charm. The curse he bears he has long since rationalised as a power, a strength, and has put aside all conscious acknowledgement of the depths in which he lives. For him, those depths are instead enhancements. He is fascinating - and unforgettable.
In GK3, I found myself less engaged by the villain... I'm not certain why. My attention was riveted more or less constantly on Gabriel and Grace - perhaps it's because their story was moving towards a culmination of sorts. If I have to choose another character who drew my attention, it would have to be Mosely. Mind you, I LOVE the various "bit parts". Such troubled and difficult characters... such a sense of aloneness that so many of them had... the fantastic lines they said...!
