GK2: The chalet in the woods (I've still have goosebumps)

GK3: The whole Rennes-le-Chateau village, by night

Gk1: Graveyard/Church

GK2: The Zoo. I thought everything started coming together here.

GK3: The village (at night). Mostly because I love the effect.

Not being able to remember GK2 is the perfect reason to replay it.

I tried, really I did - earlier this year, but..*sigh*... the movie style just couldn't catch me this time.
I know, it's weird, because I have no problems with the Tex Murphy games

I can see where you're coming from, however. Like the downside is that Gabe always goes to the same exact location for every scene. You can't really move him around. Even when he picks up something - he walks RIGHT BACK to where he was before he left to go pick it up. So it's easy to get yanked out of it.

Doesn't feel as controlled as the other games.

That reminds me of an idea I had a few months ago. I was going to attempt to combine all the clips from the game into a movie and post it on YouTube. I even (with the help of Collector) discovered a way to view each individual clip. Unfortunately, there was no way for me to convert those clips into a format that I could use, so I had to give up the project.

If anyone, or me, ever found a way to convert the clips, I think I would pick it up again.

Tell me how to yank out the clips and I will see if I can covert it. I have many tricks up my sleeve.

You access the clips on the individual cds, and they're VMD format.

GK1: Schloss Ritter
GK2: Bayreuth
GK3: Rennes-le-Château as a whole, by day and by night. Do I have to be more specific? Then, the church of St. Mary Magdalene.

Because it is Wagner's theatre, those are stones that virtually (it was rebuilt) remember one of the most important moments in the history of music - and in our case, of music related to the supernatural.

And the Bayreuth chapter is one of my favourites - the Aria, Gabe turning into a werewolf, the wolfcam in the basement, Grace's dress, Friedrich jumping down from the royal balcony...

GK1: Schloss Ritter covered with snow
GK2: The woods outside of the hunting camp.
GK3: Gabriel's bedroom. Because everytime I needed to sit and think about a puzzle, I'd go back to the room. Grace would usually be there and it was comforting she was there. Plus, SIDney plays a part too.
