Game available tomorrow. Half an hour ago, the intro has been made available to the public. I actually had tears in my eyes when i first watched it. Enjoy!

Wow. I'm surprised (and pleased) that G4 had the video up. Adventure games, especially fan-made titles, rarely get this sort of attention. :)

I have to admit I was a little disappointed by the intro. No dialogue? Granted, the character's expressions said a lot, but I'd have preferred some speech. As it is, I'm not quite sure what's going on, although I imagine we'll find out during the game.

Anyway... I'm looking forward to playing the game. Any possibility of getting it on Steam? I realize we don't need Steam to download and play it. I'm just thinking about greater exposure.

I would prefer that the art style was a little less cartoony, but it still looks decent enough. Quite a bit better than the demo released a few years back where the walking of the characters looked like they were skating on ice. Although this trailer is just that; a pre-rendered movie or cutscene, not game play. I guess we'll get to see tomorrow. Maybe we could do a community play through. Andrea? want to lead it?

I'm definitely starting it as soon as it's released tomorrow. The intro was amazing to me, if only because of the nostalgia.

Due to Activision's agreement, Phoenix Online can only distribute the game from their own site, so it will not be on Steam. There are however several sites providing a mirror. One of them is the Chest, so I already played the game. I won't give any spoilers, but the only thing that disappointed me about the first episode is that it is brutally short. Cut scenes dominate the game while game play is painfully short and easy. Just when you think the actual adventure will start, the credits start rolling.

Get ready for a 4K download rate tomorrow, if you are lucky. Their servers will be slammed.

It seems their website is barely operational at the moment. So much for downloading it today. :?

It's up. They had to prepare the site for the release, so they said. Release in 20 minutes!

Okay, it's ready to go. 15 minutes ago, actually. But still.

You got to be kidding. You have to register to download? I don't want to post on their boards. I just want to download it. It's not like Steam protecting their profits where they have to control who has access to it. Very bad decision.

Agreed. Very poor decision.

Maybe, maybe not. I'll see how my bandwidth is going when i get home. And, as expected, the only complaint so far by those who already downloaded and played it for the first time is: "What??? I finished it in less than an hour!!!". That would include about 45 minutes of cutscenes... No offense, it's VERY nicely done for a fan game without budget, but the ultra-short gameplay should have been noticed by the devs, classic adventure gamers as they are. I mean, really, 3 inventory items in the whole episode which can easily be found and just picked up, 2 of which are used in the episode, on the SAME person???

The end credits seemed to last longer than the actual gameplay.
