KQIV (AGI) for KQIV (SCI) ?

If I can provide proof of ownership of KQIV (SCI), would it be acceptable to request someone send me KQIV (AGI) ? I checked today and my brother and I apparently purchased the SCI version back when we were young. And later when I bought the 15th anniv. collection it also only has the SCI version.. But I'd really like to also have the AGI version.
thanks,
..dane

I'm afraid it doesn't work that way
. That's still considered pirating.

The AGI version was sold separately from the SCI, so you would need to provide proof of ownership of AGI to ask. Here is what looks like the AGI version:

Just contact him to make sure that it has 256k on the requirements, not 512k, first.

Understood.. I'll keep my eyes out for a less expensive copy.. I am interested in trying it out on SCUMMVM for PalmOS. It's an older port (they stopped porting it to Palm for some reason, but I still have an old Sony Clie) but can supposedly play the AGI versions. Otherwise I'd just get a newer version of SCUMMVM and play the SCI.. anyway, no harm no foul. Couldn't hurt to ask, right?
thanks,

A subversion build of ScummVM will play the SCI version. It will probably be officially supported in the very near future.

yes, but they're no longer porting to PalmOS... the only reason I was looking for the AGI version to begin with is to play it on my PDA when I'm traveling (yea, I'm a real geek!) ..
No worries.. I'll keep my eyes out.. or try to get someone to port SCUMMVM to PalmOS again..
cheers!
