Thanks for the catch about the folders for the floppy version. I added in floppy support, but forgot to add that info on the download page. You may have a different version than the one that I based the installer on. Run the diagnostic tool and attach the results here.

It looks like you applied an additional patch. Do a clean install and do not apply any other patches. All of the SHP installers include all relevant patches. Applying patches not intended for that version of the game can cause crashes.

Did you copy over one of the pieces of the RESOURCE.000 or did you let the installer join them?

What is the size of the RESOURCE.000?

It should be over 20 MB. There should be part of it on each of the 12 disks (in the "BOTH" folders. Each part should fill each disk except for the first and the last disks.
