Question about KQ Collection manual

Hey guys,
I was just wondering whether the King's Quest Collection (with King Graham and his family on a spiral staircase on the box) contains a full manual or not? The later KQ Collections (i.e. The Roberta Williams Anthology and the King's Quest Collection Series) only contained excerpts from the original manuals, whereas the first King's Quest Collector's Edition (the one in the slim pink box) contained the complete texts for every game (including The Guidebook to the Land of the Green Isles). I was just wondering where the King's Quest Collection I mentioned falls in terms of manual content? I know it includes games I through VI and a playable demo of VII, just not sure about the text.
Thanks for your help!

It is the one collection that I do not have, but I always assumed it was just a repackaging of the Collector's Edition.

Thanks for your reply. That's what I think too, but I just wanted to make sure.
I currently have The Roberta Williams Anthology and the Collection Series. I used to have the original Collector's Edition but I gave it away to my cousins a while ago (before realizing the difference with the manuals). I currently have the opportunity to purchase the "spiral staircase" collection, but it would obviously only make sense to do so if the manual were complete.
If anyone else could chime in I would appreciate it!

I just wanted to follow up for anyone who's curious:
The "King's Quest Collection" (depicting the Royal Family on a staircaise on the cover) does NOT include the full manual that came with the King's Quest Collector's Edition: I was disappointed to see a pathetic cd-rom insert in lieu of a real manual. The two discs included are identical (with the exception of an additonal, playable KQVII demo).
In my opinion, the two best collections to own out of the five released are the King's Quest Collector's Edition and The Roberta Williams Anthology. The KQCE includes full manuals of the first six KQ games, whereas the RWA has almost every single RW game and a hefty manual including thorough footnotes for every title. As mentioned above, The King's Quest Collection has a severely handicapped manual, and the King's Quest Collection Series, while nearly identical in software content to the RWA, only includes footnotes for the KQ games and not the other RW games. And we don't even need to mention the 2006 Vivendi collection, which without a doubt comes in last place.

the KQ7 demo on the first collection is not playable. Could you upload the demo folder?

I was actually so disappointed with the item that I sent it back to the seller for a refund. I actually didn't open the discs or put them in my computer, but they looked identical to the two from the Collector's Edition. The only reason I know of the demo is because it was advertised on the back of the box.

If by the "collectors edition" you mean the 1994 15th anniversary edition, I have that one. I can look on the discs for the demo folder if you'd like.
Unfortunately (
) I cannot find the box. Only the disc. I don't know where the manual is either.
there's a chance my brother has it..

I already have the version with the box that you have posted the picture of. Supposedly, it is the 2nd release (with the royal family on the staircase) of the first collection that has the playable demo. I do not have it to confirm that this is the case.
