I've seen this mentioned in a lot of posts, but don't see any answers.

I'm playing Quest for Glory IV from the QUest for Glory Collection series CD. I'm playing on Win 7 using the seriers downloaders through DOSBox.

I'm at the part where you have to kill the Wraith to get the heart ritual. After I kill the wraith I just stand there and it freezes. I've seen a lot of response about the wraith draining life, but that's not happening to me. I just freeze after the wrait is dead. I can click on the control settings, but the "Speed" mover is locked.

Any suggestions?

Remove 53.hep and 53.scr. If you mean the installers from here by "downloaders", it should have not installed those files.
