The only thing that see missing is the VERSION file, but that would not cause any trouble. It may be that you have a different version from the one that the installer was written for. Run this from the folder where you have your floppy files so I can see the file layout of your install files.
http://sierrahelp.com/download.php?file ... hPaths.exe
Edit: I just noticed that you have both the 3.5" and 5.25" disks. Which set did you use for the install files?

That looks like the installed folder. I already had the file list from the diagnostic tool for that folder. I need a list of the files from your floppy disks.

OK, I see the problem. Looks like you used the 5.25" floppy files, which has the resources split differently. I need to add in support for the 5.25" copy of the game. Give me some time and I'll have a new installer with the added support.

New version is up. Go download it from the installer page. Let me know how it works out.

Good to know that it works for you. When the installers fail it usually because the user has another version than what the installer was written for. This is why I like it when users report when an installer doesn't work. The TCB installer is one of the earlier installers that I wrote before I got an old 5.25" drive. My copy of the game came with both 3.5" and 5.25" sets, but at the time could only read the 3.5". This also reminded me that I had not archived the files on the 5.25" disks.
