Heh. I recognise the Hopper painting ("Nighthawks")... is this from a real game? If so, which...?

It's not from an actual game but it borrows the lead character, style and bar atop the screen off Leisure Suit Larry 2. The tamest Larry of the lot, and a lot of fun!
