Which games are you looking forward to playing?

Well, I figure we all have certain games -- whether they're old or new -- that we'd like to play. Why not say which ones these are and maybe even discuss them, as well?

I'll go first: The games I would like to play are Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Lightsaber Duels, Fallout 3, Assassin's Creed and Mass Effect. The latter in that lineup is widely available, but the DRM concerns me. Maybe that'll get removed in time (like it was with BioShock).

Maia's also urged me to try System Shock 2 and replay Deus Ex: Invisible War (also known as "Deus Ex 2"). I might do that. :)

Definitely play MASS EFFECT. Such an excellent game. I did it on the X360 so DRM was not an issue.

The one game I am looking forward to playing is Gears of War 2 - and mostly for the Co-Op. My friend (Paul) and I do all these Co-Op games on the X360 - and it's so ridiculously fun. I would normally not do FPS type games, if it weren't for the Co-Op ability of most of them.

I have to say, and shout: Gray Matter

That's definitely the game I want to play! :D

Well, I'm an all and only adventure girl, so no Mass Effect and the likes for me! :geek:

Apart from Gray Matter, I'm looking forward to Still Life 2, Secret Files 2 and a Vampyre Story.

Mass Effect isn't a FPS game. There is shooting of bad guys, yes. But definitely not an FPS game. There is so much story in Mass Effect it's almost ridiculous how they got a talented team together for this.

I can not emphasize enough that Mass Effect is not an FPS!

Assassin's Creed is an awesome game.
I don't own it, alas alack, but my brother does on his xBox.

I would like to give Mass Effect a try as well. Bioware usually crafts a good story and I like being able to create my own character.

Since I like stealthy games and they both involve female leads (which is rare outside of adventure or RPG genres), I'm also looking forward to finding out more about Mirror's Edge and Velvet Assassin.

Of course, I'm looking forward to Dragon Age (assuming it doesn't get axed) and Grey Matter as well.

Mass Effect, as I am sure you know, allows for female character creation. :)

And why would Dragon Age get axed? Because of EA? Because from everything I have seen, they seem to be moving forward with DA.

Perhaps, but I wouldn't put it past EA to implement some wacky DRM copy protection into it (like what they did with Mass Effect).

Is DRAGON AGE PC only or is it XBOX360? If it's X360, then I don't care about DRM. :)

Last I heard, it's only for the PC at the moment. However, there has been some talk about porting it to Xbox 360. Nothing final yet, though.

Hrm. I am not much for buying games for the PC anymore. So if they don't port it to X360, I may never get it... but since it's Bioware, I may make an exception, unless it has some form of DRM. THAT make convince me to not buy it...
