GK1 Italian Subtitle Patch

This is just a repackaging of the Italian subtitle patch included with the Endroz GK1 installer. Like his GK2 installer, it installs the Windows version of the game. This has compatibility issues on modern Windows and because it is 16-bit, will not even run on 64-bit Windows. This patch is designed to be used with the SHP installer. Credits for the translation of the installer go to Andrea.
