Jacques Dijon?

This question is very special and is directed to anyone who is really into the CB plot and characters ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)
The CB plot and dialogues make clear that Colonel Henri and Ethel are siblings. There is also an unseen (dead?) brother who was the husband of Gertie and father of Rudy and Gloria. We know about his existence only through the presence of Gertie (an in-law).
Now the page on the 'Crouton sidestory' (http://www.sierraplanet.com/laurabow1/croutons.html) mentions that this Dijon is named 'Jacques'. Someone also added the name of Jacques in the Colonel Bequest wiki but it was reverted.
I don't recall this name being mentioned anywhere (including some character analyses I have read), and the game does not recognise the word 'jacques' when I tried to ask about him, which is logical since he is unimportant to the plot.
I am just wondering what is the source for Jacques' name. Is it mentioned fleetingly by some character when asked about something, or if you 'look at' a certain item, something not noticeable by everyone?
