That's right, folks. If you didn't want to have a Facebook account before, you do now
.
Jane, who prefers keeping her private account, well... private, today created a public account about her professional self. She's the one posting and replying directly to you.
Here it is:

Just don't flood her FB wall, ok?

I hadn't checked Facebook today until I saw this post. I found a message from Jane waiting for me. What a nice surprise. It must be because of all of the Sierra people that are in my friend list. Now the most significant ones absent are Roberta herself and Mark Seibert.

So, does anyone know what these "hints" are all about? While I'm seeing demon faces in these pictures (the one with the cat clearly has a mask just like Dr. Stiles in Gray Matter and
this one clearly has a horned demon on the wall, white on dark background, to the right of the dog (at "the edge" of the white stuff)), I'd guess the second hint are the guys with the dogs in
this picture.
Or do people already know what all the hints are about and I'm just showing how out of the loop I am?

No we really don't know much right now. It's all a damn tease. Gah!

The pictures with the dogs are hardly a secret. It's a game Jane created and is in beta testing phase, titled "Lola's & Lucy's Big Adventure", a kids game featuring her own dogs. It is however this picture which should raise the questions:
It is very likely GK related.

Actually my first thought was GREY MATTER (the house you initially arrive at).

Wasn't GK4 supposed to involve ghosts in an English Manor?

Yes. That was the little easter egg in the SIDney search engine.
As much as I hope it is GK related, I thought of Grey Matter as well.

I only remembered the ghosts part. And i remember her later confirming that was the plan... Was England also featured in that article?

Oh, hadn't heard of that. Well, sounds like her writing skills will be utilized to the fullest
Anyway, I'm tingling with excitement over that recent picture. Whether it's GK or Gray Matter related, I can't wait! (Then again, I'm fully aware that there's the possibility that it's neither (maybe Lola & Lucy are in for a really big adventure)). Also, he just commented with this:
What is today, 3/24? Ah, a little while yet I think...
I'll get the shakes soon.

It's exactly what I thought. I just hope she reveal the info soon... Very soon. I... can't... wait!

With Tim Schafer back in the game, Tex Murphy making a come-back, Telltale working on KQ, Replay working on LSL, and three full-length SQ fan-games released at once, I can't see why Jane wouldn't want to jump on the bandwagon. I'm totally down for a good ghost story with Gabriel Knight.

Even if Jane wants to make a new GK, she has to get the go-ahead from Activision. In addition, she'd have to convince them to give her the reigns as well.
I know Activision is letting TellTale make a new KQ, but they also have a greater modern-day presence in the gaming industry. They've made several games and even though some have been somewhat less-than-amazing, they've all sold well.
Gray Matter simply didn't get the same exposure as TellTale's titles. The North American release wasn't even available in Canada unless you ordered it from Amazon.com. Unlike the US, you couldn't find it in stores (and it wasn't even on Amazon.ca, either).

The reigns are not the problem. The price tag is...
And it's not about ghosts...
And I'm going to shut up now.
