Can't download 3D Pinball Thrillride manual

Hi,
I'm seeking assistance as I am unable to download the 3D Pinball Thrillride pdf manual (or any other manual for that matter) from the Sierra Help website. I keep getting an adobe acrobat error that says: File does not begin with '%PDF-' I've never seen this error nor do I know what it means. I have the full version of Adobe Acrobat 9 and have never had a problem downloading files. Am I doing something incorrectly? Any advice? Can the manual be sent to me electronically? Thanks for your help.
